Item Arrives Damaged

All items leave our warehouse in perfect condition in the very rare occasion where something has been damaged in transit.

Email myself on, WhatsApp on 07407 069513, What I will need to know is, the type of damage, & photo of the damage.

This needs to be done within 48 hours of receiving the parcel, we will then advise you if the item needs to be returned back to us, and issue a free of charge returns label if it does.  We will exchange or refund any faulty goods at our expense provided they have not been damaged through misuse. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Returning an unwanted item

We hope you are pleased with your order. But if anything, you have ordered does not live up to your expectations, please return within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure that the item is packed to arrive back to us in resaleable condition, using tracked postage, & under no circumstances in a used condition. Return addresses must not be written on using a marker pen on the outer box or box containing the item, print out returns label and stick on top of the address label we used to send to you, with clear sticky tape covering the original label we sent it to you, or the return company might mix it up and send it back to you, happened on more than one occasion.  Do not use duct/black or coloured tape we want to be able to resell, but we can’t if the box has been written on or coloured tape used.  Return postage will be at your cost, we can arrange this for you and deduct it from your refund. It is important that the goods are returned in the best possible condition so please pack them appropriately using all packaging we posted to you in, Garden Creations animals must be returned with the polystyrene not damaged or broken.

Personalised items

We are sorry but personalised items, food and self-assembly furniture (once partly or wholly assembled) cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty.

Earrings may only be returned if the seal is unbroken (unless faulty).
